Service Schedule

CINHS provides a full range of primary health care services using a multi-disciplinary team; this team includes physicians, a nurse practitioner, nurses, a social worker, an addictions counselor and an aboriginal support worker along with a primary health care coordinator to the following individuals:

  • Individuals or families living in poverty
  • Aboriginal people
  • Youth at risk
  • Individuals living on or close to the street

Those who are eligible to become a new patient, based on the above criteria are encouraged to call the clinic to book an appointment. At this time, there is a waiting list, so clients will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis.

Clients will be asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to their schedule appointment with Nurse to complete required paperwork.

Same Day Appointments:

CINHS provides same day appointments three days per week. Times and days are subject to change without notice.

For current patients, please call us as early as possible to book your appointment for that day.  Appointments will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. There is limited space available for same day appointments.  As such, same day appointments fill up very quickly.  Please book your appointment as early as possible.

**Please note that no forms will be completed during same day appointments. A regular appointment must be booked.

**New patients are not accepted during same day appointments. You must follow the process detailed above to become a new patient.
